before getting her, i didn't know cows get a winter coat. when it first started coming, i couldn't believe how soft and fluffy it was. she is so nice to pet.ken has built her a shed, but as her previous owners told us, she's not really that interested in going indoors. today is a good example of a day i would think she would like some shelter, but when i looked out my bedroom i saw this sight:
jolene standing out in the rain, as per usual.her shed sure is nice, though.

Hello, I love your post. My partner and I are wondering if you are the people with the lovely Jersey heifer on Mary Jane Riley Road & whether we will be able to buy milk in the future? We have recently moved back to Bear River. We used to farm out on Victory Road. Feel free to check out my website with pics of Embden Lodge: website:www.chalcraft.ca
May I add your site to my links page?
great blog! i learn few things in this post, thanks for the share.

thanks, guys!
For a second I thought your piano was named Jolene and I thought that quite wonderful !
Why are the folk of Bear River so darn creative ? Makes me wonder what I'm doing with my life.
Lovely Blog. Congrats !
